Dapoxetine, marketed as Priligy, among others, is a medication used for the treatment of premature ejaculation (PE) in men 18–64 years old. Dapoxetine works by inhibiting the serotonin transporter, increasing serotonin’s action at the postsynaptic cleft, and as a consequence promoting ejaculatory delay.

How To Take Dapoxetine (Dapotime) 60 mg Tab
This medicine may be taken with or without food. Swallow the whole tablet and take it with a full glass of water.
Try to take it at the same time each day. It must be taken regularly for it to be effective.
Take exactly as directed by your doctor or according to the instructions on the label. Do not take more or less than instructed by your doctor. Do not stop taking it unless instructed by the doctor.
Dosage of Dapoxetine (Dapotime) 60 mg Tab
Adult: 18-64 years old; Initial: 30 mg approximately 1-3 hours before sexual activity. Subsequent doses adjusted according to the response. Maximum dose of 60 mg. Dose should not be taken more than once in 24 hours.
